For our client, IT company, we are looking for Tester Senior and Tester Junior.

Responsibilities:
• Test Execution (20 - 70%)
• System and systems integration test execution.
• Finding bugs and detail location of them.
• Preparation of testing and acceptance documentation, including documentation of identified problems.
• Communication with development and test teams across the globe.
• Support of UAT.
• Test Analysis (30 - 70%)
• Detailed test cases and test scripts preparation based on business requirements and detailed development design.
• Best test approach selection including test coverage, test types and test techniques.
• Test estimation.
• Communication with development team, architects, PMs and business owners regarding delivered solutions, bugs, testing methods etc.
• Test Management & Test Planning (0-20%)
• Test management through the whole project lifecycle.
• Test estimates, resources allocation and management.
• Negotiation with customer regarding scope of testing.
• Reporting to Test delivery manager and PM

We require:
• University degree, preferably in IT.
• 3+ years in testing for a Senior position, min 1 year for Junior position
• TELCO experience is advantage but is not neceséry
• 1. Test analysis, design and execution.
• 2. Good SQL knowledge, PL/SQL knowledge.
• 3. Basic UNIX knowledge.
• 4. Testing Tools (Rational advantage).
• 5. Intermediate level of English and fluent Czech.
• 6. Siebel, TIBCO or Kenan knowledge is advantage
